The first day at the @warszawskifestiwalpiwa was a wonderful and mind-boggling adventure in Polish breweries, beer styles and food! I'm so impressed with the number of (craft) breweries and the variety of beer styles poured. Not only the usual IPAs and stouts, but a wide choice of Polish lagers (Grodziskie) and so many black IPAs! 😍 You can choose from three sizes of pours: 0,1 / 0,3 / 0,5. No coins, you can pay each beer by card or cash. I think this may be the biggest and most hospitable craft beer fest in Europe I've ever been to. The football stadium is an excellent festival location. Very happy with the vegan food options. Can't wait for day 2 today!

🇪🇪 Estonia makes some of the best craft beers in the world, one of my favorites is @pohjalabeer, going strong since their first beer was introduced 10 years ago. Legendary brewmaster Chris @cdpilkington will pass over the baton in the coming weeks and we will be forever grateful to him for a decade of groundbreaking and mindblowing beers.

When I visited in 2019 they weren't ready to switch to cans. A lot has changed since then. Their beautiful labels are a delight and their IPAs as good as ever. This Kosmos Neipa is fruity treat, with lots of Citra and Mosaic. The creamy lightness makes it an excellent thirstquencher. Ingredients: Pilsner Zero, flaked wheat, flaked oats, Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado, Vic Secret.

If you don't have plans yet for May 5 and 6 I can recommend going to Tallinn Craft Beer weekend hosted by Pohjala. A wonderful city and a really fun festival!
